What you'll be doing

The business development specialist is responsible to generating weekly and monthly reports on customer service productivity, etc. The candidate will monitor the customer contact volume and anticipate spikes and trends. S/he will assist analysts, managers, and director with reporting and recommendations. The incumbent will support the department with data and recommendations to other departments. Align customer objectives with external/internal influences in the marketplace. The applicant will provide solutions to a variety of customer issues of moderate scope and complexity. This role will act as a liaison between customer, management, and technical staff/corporate IS. Assist or lead any project delegated by management. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the quality policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) maintained in order to assure quality system compliance and adherence to the company quality policy. Establish and promote a work environment that supports the quality policy and quality system. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

The candidate should have analytical skills and proficient in microsoft applications (power point, excel, and access). Workforce management system experience is a plus.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferred
