What you'll be doing

Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, job shadowing, business process descriptions, business process analysis, use case scenarios, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business need. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements and use this information to document operational and configuration requirements. Work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project managers, business configuration analysts, and business sponsors. Support efforts to develop and deploy standard templates and process/workflow standards across business functions. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Other functions as needed or directed by management.

What your background should be

6+ years progressively responsible business operations knowledge gained through specific positions held as BSA, BA, or similar roles. Experience in managed healthcare or insurance operations. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements. Must be able to manage to tight timelines and adhere to project management principles during the work. Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is required.
