What your background should be

Three to five years of progressively more responsible experience as a business analyst or process analyst on large, complex, cross-functional projects. Extensive experience developing clear and detailed process maps, workflows and business requirements. Demonstrated experience educating, coaching, and training groups on processes. Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and focus groups. Demonstrated business/client engagement skills. Experience in change management or relationship management is desirable.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
