What you'll be doing

Utilize established project and program methodology to develop project plan for assigned project. Develop and maintain work plan that consider the priority, key milestone, time estimate, task sequencing and identification of task that may be performed concurrently to achieve objective. Evaluate project status and resource utilization and implement change to improve the team effectiveness. Develop and implement communication and reporting mechanism to manage issue, risk and timely delivery of initiative result. Resolve issue and determine contingency plan and trigger for risk. Ensure appropriate use of tool to track and monitor the financial performance of assigned project. As needed, escalate issue to appropriate audiences including key business leader and team member.

What your background should be

Demonstrated project management skill and success, including cross organizational initiative. Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business area and new type of project. Proven ability to create and further develop strong relationship with both business and information technology leadership. Proven ability to mentor and train less experienced project manager.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required
