What you'll be doing
- Business Sales Specialist position the right candidate who will effectively utilize sales strategy to ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of mid market accounts. Currently company is seeking a motivated, high-energy Business to Business-Sales Specialist to focus on new account development. Be responsible for achieving defined call /activity metrics by initiating relationships with prospective new customers. Work closely with existing outside sales team to cultivate new sales opportunities via telephone. Work week consisting primarily of office days with occasional in field face to face contact for training and development purposes. This is a four month development program/career path position to assist in a development to become a potential Business to Business Sales Consultant.
What your background should be
- Candidate must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities. 3 years of successful sales experience. Demonstrated strong time management skills. Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and close sales. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications. Knowledge and experience in a call center environment. Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool. Industry Knowledge a plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School diploma or GED (Bachelors Degree preferred)
