What you'll be doing: Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customer in the department and ensuring they are able to locate the product they are looking for. Bakery team member are also expected to have sufficient knowledge to answer question and make suggestion to the customer. Become familiar with product in the store to answer question and make suggestion to customer. Smile and greet customer in a friendly manner, whether the encounter take place in the team member designated department or elsewhere in the store. Properly handle product and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guideline to ensure a safe shopping environment. Prepare and decorate product for the bakery cases and display, rotating product and ensuring code dating procedure are followed and only the freshest product is available for sale.

What your background should be: Six months of related experience required. Competencies required adaptability. Customer focused. Gets things done. Interpersonal skills, problem solving, respect for self and others. Demonstrated ability to read, follow written instruction and accurately complete written report. Good interpersonal skill.
