What you'll be doing

The selected candidate will gather information through calls related to different surveys. Schedule and set appointments for the field representatives. Make sure that customers data are kept uptodated and safe. Deal all the customers politely and with care and answer them with problem solving attitude. Contribute for the team success by passing on the accurate and timely information. Entertain each customer with geniune respect and care.
