What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibilities of this post will be to provide excellent customer service support for a number of terminals located. The person will be liable for resolving the client issues by attending their complaints. Call Center Customer Service will serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database. It is the function for this post to resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Moreover the person will determine requirements by working with customers.
What your background should be
- 1 year call center experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
