What you'll be doing
- The person filling this position will handle phone calls from life insurance policyholders, document these calls, manage some back-office processing requests. Call Center Customer Support will be responsible for answering telephones and responding to basic client questions and forward call to appropriate personnel. The candidate will be chargeable for reconsidering customer reports once in a week to ensure data integrity; prepare and submit report to management, and performing data entry and matching documents to appropriate accounts to make sure up to date and accurate information. It is the responsibility of the Call Center Customer Support to process client Requests by sending faxes, returning telephone massages, sending mail documents, using other related communication.
What your background should be
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
