The selected candidate will make and answer telephone calls, and provide excellent customer services and satisfaction by resolving their issues. Make a record of all the calls and data entry of call notes. Position holder should be a good listener and have good linguistic skills. Person may be required to do some multi tasking and should be comfortable with that.
