What you'll be doing
- Under minimal supervision and guided by the policies and procedures of Dermatopathology Division, the Call Center Representative (CCR) is answerable for providing professional, courteous and efficient telephone service. The qualified applicant will resolve incoming calls to Dermatopathology and, at the request of Pathologists, make outgoing calls to clients. This individual will troubleshoot insurance and billing inquiries. It is the task of the Call Center Representative to resolve administrative issues and problems utilizing knowledge of Dermatopathology processes and workflow. Also, she/he will resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
