What you'll be doing

The Call Center Representative will act as the first point of contact for clients participating in the National Consumer Panel. The purpose of this job is to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, such as the use of the retail scanning device. The incumbent will answer between 50-100 incoming calls daily in a confident and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service. This experienced person will resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Also she/he will answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

What your background should be

1 year of customer service experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED
