What you'll be doing
- The position holder will be responsible to effectively communicate with the customer over the phone, fax ,email to resolve their issues and concerns. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves outstanding issues to achieve customer satisfaction by effectively using Customers Data base. Keeps the complete and accurate record of all customers interactions.

- G.E.D or Equivalent experience
