What you'll be doing
- The Call Center Representative job will provide service and information to clients regarding all types of inquiries related to cvs.com and refill reminder services. This role will assist programs to enhance revenue, produce sales and conserve existing assets. The successful candidate will follow defined policies and procedures to provide a consistent level of high quality customer service. The incumbent will efficiently access multiple electronic systems and land/pc to provide complete response. This individual will accurately complete and enter all types of orders as well as record notes to customer. Further, she/he will make outbound calls to patients regarding maintenance medications.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
