Call Center Representative (inbound)

What you'll be doing

In this position, the successful applicant will answer to incoming calls from customers to support in answering product queries, facilitate orders, troubleshoot issues, provide information and supervise complaints regarding organization's products/services. The Call Center Representative will be chargeable for responding phones from customers professionally and answering to customer inquiries and complaints. It is the responsibility of the Call Center Representative to record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Moreover, this individual will handle administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

What your background should be

2+ years of phone based customer service experience

Required Schooling / Training

AA degree
