What you'll be doing
- Ensures all customer payments and applicable charges are posted accurately and timely to the subscribers' accounts. Ensures and validates that the information contained on all work orders is accurate and completed in full. Ensures and verifies proper service levels for customers' accounts. Inputs any changes or upgrades as authorized by customers. Audits all customer work orders for accuracy in products, billing, and tasks performed. Reconciles information in the billing system with actual work orders as authorized by customers. Interacts with customers and other departments regarding check in inquiries and procedures. Maintains filing system for all work orders. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What your background should be
- Must be able to work nights, and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Generally requires 0-2 years of related experience. Pass a drug screening. Clean background check; no felonies.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school or equivalent.
