What you'll be doing
- Monitor productivity, benchmark, set goal, trend, track in order that to make accurate documented recommendation for hire, termination, promotion, transfer, performance appraisal, training and development and interpretation of credit union rule and policy for department personnel. Perform all daily card service operation. Strive to improve service, teamwork, lower loss, protect cardholder while watching out for the safety and soundness of the credit union. Conduct all department personnel function in accordance with applicable statute. Maintain organizational structure established by vice president of operation support, executive vice president of operation and president or chief executive officer. Organize subordinate personnel into effective, efficient work group. Ensure that direct report is granted proper authority and responsibility to carry out assigned function. Review work system to reduce duplication of effort and unnecessary work.
What your background should be
- Three to five years experience in the card services industry and management. Ability to manage, monitor and review daily card service operation. Strong knowledge about planning, organizing, evaluating card services department while managing card, shared branching and ATM transaction, exception processing, fraud activities and financial settlement.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
