What you'll be doing
- The person chosen for the Case Manager position will be required to take responsibility for obtaining all referral information, insuring clinical and admission documentation forms are properly completed and correctly filed. Besides, the Case Manager will have to review documentation for compliance for tracking, billing and obtaining authorizations for services.
What your background should be
- The candidate for this role must pass applicable state Criminal Record History Clearances and a Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as a Physical and Drug Screening. The most successful individual must be able to both attend and successfully complete all company sponsored trainings and have previous experience with acute emotionally challenged kids or teenagers. Bachelor
