What you'll be doing
- The Case Manager position provides case management and supportive services directly to the adult psychiatric customers within the scatter-site program as well as families in a single-site program focused in Bronx.
What your background should be
- Required qualifications for the Case Manager role: - Great PC skills is a must have. - BA degree in Social Work or any other related area. - From one year of previous experience of work with mentally ill adults highly demanded. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
