What you'll be doing
- Center Assistant Manager will be accountable for providing training and development of group members on assigned shifts by monitoring objectives and offering feedback, overseeing shipping related services and activities and resolving client problems and complaints to ensure client satisfaction. Center Assistant Manager will communicate with the center manager and group members on daily/weekly/monthly objectives, performance to plan, client issues, and company initiatives. It is the role of the selected candidate to assist Center Manager in reconsider and transmission of payroll, evaluate the efficiency and productivity of group members and maintain communication with the lead production coordinator and production team to make sure that the deadlines are fulfilled.

Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma
