Qualifications needed to meet the Central Staff / Manager position requirements: - Five years (or more) of relevant experience. - Bachelors Degree from a reputed and accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or any related experience. - Ability to collaborate and professionally communicate with the diverse audience. - Efficient knowledge regarding the Secondary and Elementary Education Act federal legislation. - Solid oral and writing communication skills. - Ability to do research as well as perform all related studies and implement effective courses of action. - Brilliant PC skills as well as knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Oracle.
