Certified Nursing Assistant

What you'll be doing: Provide direct resident care, including assistance with bathing, feeding, dressing/undressing, toileting, ambulating, transferring, vitals etc. Maintain accurate and complete resident records and reporting. Follow service plans and report any changes in resident's condition. Work effectively as a team member; maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming living space for residents. Assist resident in participating in activities as appropriate. Provide activities to residents as assigned and encourage participation. Keep professional communication with residents, visitors, and staff.

What your background should be: An ideal candidate must be able to prepare foods based on menus and recipes. S/he should have the ability to perform a variety of household chores such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting etc. Should have multi-tasking, medical teamwork, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, health promotion and maintenance, creating a safe, effective environment, informing others, judgment, pain management, acute/critical care skills preferred.
