What you'll be doing
- The Chief Operating Officer position number one purpose is to support the Managing Partner in everyday management of the operation. The basic duties will include: - Partner with office and regional leadership in order to identify / implement clear roles. - Perform development of a consistent service platform that provides support for the placement, sales and service while promoting the company
What your background should be
- Make sure to fit the following requirements: - Strong leadership skills. - From 10 years of previous experience within the insurance industry or / and 5 years of prior operational leadership experience. - Ability to collaborate with the other people in a team. - Brilliant communication skills. - Ability to read, comprehend and understand instructions.

- Bachelors Degree
