What you'll be doing
- Candidate must be drive safe, timely delivery of customer vehicles and rental vehicles. Expert in delivery of excellent customer service through in person and over the phone interactions. Ability to consistently maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing both Liberty Mutual and vendor partners. The person has to know use of mobile applications to capture and transmit digital photographs and customer signatures. Represent the customers description of vehicle damages along with any special requests to the receiving repair facility and also collection and delivery of deductible checks from customers to the repair facility. Completion of standard work to effectively review process materials with customers, deliver rental vehicle to customers along with the completion of the rental contract. Prompt communication with stakeholders to meet customer expectations and troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, text and email.
What your background should be
- Excellent driving record required plus 1-3 years of related customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, and organizational skills are required. Ability to effectively work remote and independent of daily supervision and ability to work a flexible schedule. Comfortable working with multiple electronic devices and software applications required.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma.
