What you'll be doing
- Implement account coverage methodologies that ensure 100% renewal rates of current company clients. Act as primary strategic liaison between client firm and the company systems. Develop and execute account plans to ensure continued loyalty, satisfaction and retention. Understand client firms short term and long term growth plans, which in turn help the company enable solutions that help client firms achieve their goals. Identify the client firms and escalates to management. The relationship manager prepare and implement an account plan to improve the status of the relationship. The plan may require inclusion of members of the senior management team or executive team. Listen and escalate concerns of customers with regard to current products/services. Prepare and submit client call report after each client visit.
What your background should be
- At least seven (7) years of trust and investment management experience is required for this role with a regional or national firms. Good understanding of the company products and services. Require effective written and verbal negotiation and communication skills. Communicate ideas both verbally, in written form and via presentation in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels. Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills.
