What you'll be doing

Under minimal supervision, communicate and work together with customer to configure, install, preventatively maintain, improve and troubleshoot client technology, medical equipment, their system and integration that optimize the end user experience. Serve as resource on technology project and initiative. Document problem and resolution and escalate appropriately, when necessary. Perform end user training. Participate in the test and evaluation of new client technology solution and medical equipment as well as implement prototype. Competent to work on most type of client technology and medical equipment within a diverse customer portfolio, but at times require guidance from other.

What your background should be

3 years of experience in the field. Client technology support experience. Microsoft A+ certification. Good communication and presentation skills are required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred in technical school or equivalent.
