What you'll be doing

Provide ongoing supervision to behavioral assistants, mentors and parent coaches. Provide guidance and support to all per diem staff providing community based services. Conduct group supervision on a regular basis. Conduct individual supervision as needed. Develop initial behavioral plans for behavioral assistants. Track required paperwork from staff as required by referring agencies and state guidelines. Complete the common sense parenting trainings for new staff. Weekly review and signature of all behavioral assistant, mentor and parent coach progress notes. Provide case management as needed. Attend and participate in all mandatory agency and community partner meetings.

What your background should be

Three years of experience in either social work or related field, preferable in a supervisory position. The position will require an LCSW or equivalent licensing in order to comply with Medicaid guidelines. This candidate must also have completed the 20 CEUs in clinical supervision. Candidate must possess good communication skills and demonstrate a high level of cultural competency, sensitivity and responsiveness.

Required Schooling / Training

Master degree.
