What you'll be doing

Drive store sales results and operating profit. Develop a high performing team that loves to sell and is committed to engaging with the company customers, delivering excellent customer service and quality brand presentation. Meet or exceed expectations for individual sales results and key business drivers as well as achieve desired team sales results. Role model and coach selling, sales leadership and client ling in all interactions with team and customers. Consistently source top talent for store at the management and associate level. Assist store manager in driving store business through successful event planning and community outreach. Provide recognition to team that reinforces positive behaviors and results. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.

What your background should be

Minimum 2-4 years store management experience, specialty retail experience is preferred. Proven track record of achieving top results in individual sales performance. Ability to work a variable schedule to meeting the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor or associate degree preferred.
