Coding Data Specialist

What you'll be doing: The ideal candidate will possess different expertise and responsibilities such as preparation of litigation documents to imaged and coded. This will be done through, unitizing documents, indicating both the general type of document (letter, memo, manual, etc). Slip sheeting the documents identifying type of document; where new documents begin, parent and child related documents. Most documents for customer will be unitized by logical boundaries; where a memo with a report attached would be considered two separate documents, one memo and one report. Documents may be identified by foldering/indicating multiple documents to be included in one folder. The identification of folders will be done by the customer and associate, but needs to be understood and incorporated into the document preparation of litigation files. The associate will operate a computer terminal to enter, retrieve and edit information.

What your background should be: Working shift may vary between 7:00am to 3:30pm, 8:00am to 5:00pm, or 3:30pm to 12:00pm and company is looking for time flexible candidates.
