What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibility of the Coffee Shop Barista is to meet all guest needs with an excellent level of product knowledge, presentation, quality, speed of service, sales and guest relation skill and teamwork. Operates and maintains Coffee Shop and serves beverages and snacks. Brew coffee, tea and chocolate using coffee urns, drip or vacuum coffee makers, espresso machines, teapots, drink mixers and other kitchen equipment. Schedules and maintains hours of operation, sanitation and monitoring of all food items. Recommend and keeps track of food items, stocked supplies, Menu suggestions, promotions, cash and credit card transactions.
What your background should be
- This position required minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience. Barista Training and 2 years of coffee shop experience. Must have skills to heal and spirit to care.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma / GED
