What you'll be doing

Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates standard and non standard contracts. Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Maintains communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties. Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel. Works with finance to ensure cost remains within budget and period of performance. Learns to prepare proposals to companies and ensure resulting IWTA is compliant with requirements as proposed. Perform other duties assigned.

What your background should be

The individual should have experience in related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to multi-task.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
