What your background should be
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial loan, banking or related experience. Some supervisory or team leading experience. Ability to deal effectively with others and lead a team in a fast paced frequently changing environment. Advanced knowledge of bank systems to support a commercial portfolio. Expertise in commercial loan structure and documentation. Effective written and oral communication skills. Expertise in commercial loan structure and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail in order to maintain high level of data integrity. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Strong knowledge of commercial line of business. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Required Schooling / Training
- HS graduate or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred.
