What you'll be doing

Coordinate schedule for installer technician. Confirm appointment by calling the customer. Order equipment to ensure availability for installation. Process job close out, Provide all paperwork for job from Compass and get all packet/ file ready. Provide welcome call to customer within 48 hour of job being received. Schedule welcome call and pre installation call. Advise sale rep via IBT email of the start date if the date change IBT email to rep providing update. Daily update to IBT and labour scheduler. Update IBT, moved job daily into the labour scheduler. Scan job to DM ( Compass) upon completion close out. Account job and process any job for cancellation Communicate with national account coordinator regarding site readiness, scheduling etc. Contact Sale rep to get additional information as required. Contact data team when confirmation number is required for non monitored account. other duty as assigned.

What your background should be

2 years related experience are required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school degree or equivalent.
