Commercial Maintenance Technician

What you'll be doing: The client company currently seeking for an experience Commercial Maintenance Technician. The position is responsible for efficiently operate and maintain commercial office building, system, equipment and critical environment. Utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventative maintenance and corrective repairs. Work under limited supervision, monitoring building system operations and performance and inspect the work performed by service contractors. Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks as approved by the property manager.

What your background should be: Applicant must have previous maintenance experience. Heating and air conditioning servicing experience. Continuing education in basic electricity. Driver license and decent driving record required. Must pass a background and credit check.
