What you'll be doing

Candidate will edit, screen and evaluate resume. Interview and submit qualified candidate to customer ensuring high quality. Candidate is responsible for fully utilizing recruiting resources. Maintain and establish customer relationship through employee placement, quality checks, sales and service calls. The individual in this position must have the ability to take a team-oriented approach on working with recruiters, sales and service manager, follow all quality procedure and process as set forth by the branch manager and corporate quality department, develop effective personal time and stress management skill, follow PMP program as set by the account manager, be responsible for complying with the companies standard operating procedure and provide employee service function.

What your background should be

Experience in recruiting individual for position such as, forklift operator, manufacturing associate, assembly technician, operator, materials associate, and factory worker. Able to manage multiple task and meet deadline. Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skill. Able to continuously improve process and procedure. Excellent communication skill including verbal, written, and listening. Demonstrate professional, friendly demeanour both in person and over the phone. Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple project that require detail-orientation. Working knowledge of MS Office, internet, and email systems.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma.
