What you'll be doing
- Performs real estate title searches and examining title history for properties. The position maintains a clear understanding of complex metes and bounds legal descriptions and complex title issues. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing internal customers and colleagues with timely answers to transaction specific title questions. Works independently; and also functions as a team member. Learns and leverages modern title production procedures and technology. Performs other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.
What your background should be
- 3+ years experience performing commercial real estate. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
