What you'll be doing

Ensure strong client satisfaction by analyzing client plans, developing effective communications strategies based upon client needs and goals, and delivering high quality communication services. Actively identify, execute, and bill any fee for services opportunities by utilizing consultative techniques. Manage and track budgets, both internally and externally. Oversee the development and maintenance of project plans and status reports to manage multiple projects with sometimes competing priorities. Manage projects end to end by managing all resources to ensure that deadlines and client deliverables met. Consult and negotiate with clients on communication services, compliance issues, and industry trends. Analyze plan specific materials to develop knowledge of each client’s plan provisions and educate business partners as appropriate. Analyze participant behavior and educational needs to propose best practice solutions and/or custom solutions. Actively identify any process improvement opportunities within the C&E area and work with appropriate areas to implement changes.

What your background should be

5-8 years of communications consulting and/or financial services experience preferred. NASD 6 and 63 licenses, plus.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree
