What you'll be doing

Provides strategic communications counsel to executives and managers on the aircraft V-22 leadership team to optimize communications opportunities and mitigate communications risks. Provide media skills and presentation skills coaching to aircraft V-22 leaders and subject-matter experts. Develop and execute a aircraft V-22 executive and employee communications plan in support of aircraft V-22 leadership team priorities. Support the vertical lift integrated communications lead in the execution of tactical communications activities. Contribute to the development and execution of coordinated the aircraft V-22 communications plan, working with helicopters communications and customer public affairs officers. Produce high quality communications deliverables including, but not limited to, internal news articles, stories for customer publications, leadership messages, presentations, speeches, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, RTQs, press briefings and videos.

What your background should be

The successful candidate must be able to prioritize work and operate with a degree of autonomy, while contributing to the common objectives of the entire vertical lift communications team. Advanced writing, editing, presentation skills. Proven media relations skills. Ability to develop and grow effective working relationships with industry, customer and media representatives.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor and typically 6 or more years related work experience, master degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
