Community outreach associate

What you'll be doing: This position is cold calling via the phone and in person to prospective patient, their adult children, and community influencer such as church leader, elected official, and other community leader. Meet with senior in their home. Conduct individual and small group presentation discussing the benefit of company with the intention of scheduling initial physical exam. Conducted by a physician specializing in geriatric medicine and generally take one hour of uninterrupted time with the physician. Is often the most thorough head to toe exam the patient has ever received. Provide at no out of pocket expense to the patient. Include a complimentary door to door ride from the company driver. Does not obligate in any way the patient to continue using company. Develop a network of referral and service provider to continuously prospect new patient. Schedule the initial physical examination with the prospective patient. work with a broad swath of autonomy. Other duty as assigned.

What your background should be: A track record of successfully working in a competitive environment. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Evidence of achieving and surpassing goal in a pay for performance environment. High level of comfort in prospecting and cold calling. US work authorization.
