What you'll be doing

Work with staff and manager in interactive process establishing job related accommodation. Facilitate ongoing case management of accommodation plan. Manage return to work plan. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Assist with development of annual compliance training content. Provide training and support to manager and medical staff. Provide training to other team member on standard report generation. Create individual report and assist with complex ad hoc reporting request partnership. Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to employee and manager by building rapport, developing useful relationship, and establishing trust to exercise influence. Develop and implement innovative approach to preventive care and medical treatment.

What your background should be

Two to three years administrative HR experience as an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or equivalent. One to two years working with medical group and leadership. Knowledge of healthcare compliance, FMLA, and ADA a plus. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill. Compliance coordinate the GHP compliance program.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
