Compliance Senior Associate

What you'll be doing: As a compliance senior associate, candidate will review of marketing and member materials according to federal and state compliance regulations. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal team members and business owners. Conduct a high level of analytical and logical thinking while ensuring compliance with federal and state marketing guidelines. Provide subject matter expertise on cms marketing guidelines that directly support the internal business needs. Recommend modifications to marketing and member materials submitted by the business owner as needed. Communicate with business owners to resolve corrections to issues. Assist manager in providing business owners adequate and current compliance regulations. Participate in core compliance team meetings to craft new policies, procedures and communication regarding marketing and member materials. Work with manager and team members to continually enhance the effectiveness of the member material review process. Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

What your background should be: 2 or more years of healthcare regulatory or marketing compliance experience required. Knowledge of medicare advantage, prescription drug plans and medicaid regulation preferred. Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, time management and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use microsoft office products including but not limited to excel and word.
