What you'll be doing

The incumbent review all new hire or rehire documentation for completeness and accuracy. Identify unacceptable document, inform the regional people support team that the document do not satisfy the legal requirement and why, and educate the regional support team about how to avoid future oversight and mistake. The incumbent also examine any trend or pattern of document or identity fraud and report such instance to regional people support leadership. The incumbent is also responsible for managing electronic verifies and third party vendor report regarding new document and tentative non confirmation result from electronic verify. Ensuring that having scanned document to match each new hire and scanned document comply with policy and obligation; and follow up with the regional people support team to ensure each case opened in electronic verify is closed within the required time period.

What your background should be

Have excellent attention to detail and proofreading skill. Ensure that full compliance with legal obligation. Master new hire process regarding immigration compliance and be able to clearly explain the step to other. Understand the importance of follow up so that all paperwork is correctly completed. Have a strong interest in compliance work and enjoy reviewing form and document and running and analyzing report.
