Construction Project Superintendent

What you'll be doing: Our company is looking for a quality-conscientious, dependable and skilled Construction Project Superintendent, who has ability to choose priorities, well-balanced skills as well as from ten years of previous experience within the construction industry. The incumbent will take responsibility for providing an overall technical and administrative management on the residential multi-family construction project site.

What your background should be: Through proficient knowledge of all sides of construction (methods, technologies, equipment), cost control, engineering, safety and scheduling highly required. Besides, the most suitable candidate for the Construction Project Superintendent role must have the following skills: - Extensive woof framing experience, efficiency at reading drawings as well as interpreting specifications, clearly communicating and managing a workforce. - Ability to work with the tools. - Valid driver
