What you'll be doing
- Assist in defining and documenting client requirements and proposed solution design. Perform detailed data quality analysis across existing client data. Produce non-technical design documentation around conflicts of interest reports, workflow approvals, and request forms. Communicate and negotiate proposed process improvements with law firm clients. Manage open issues listings. Create and manage project planning documentation. Coordinate creation and fine-tuning of software components such as workflows, forms, and reports. Facilitate communication with third-party software vendors for issue resolution and requesting product enhancements. Maintain client relationship and project expectations.
What your background should be
- This position requires law firm managerial experience. Excellent independent, decision-making capabilities and a solution-orientated attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with SQL, XML, SSRS.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required, juris doctor degree (JD) preferred.
