What you'll be doing

As a cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products. Duties of this position will include learning and applying all specialized galley terminology, plating, menu items and procedures. Also includes set up of equipment, verification of stock and cleaning while maintaining standards. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, able to stand, walk and sit while frequently using hands to grasp, reach with arms and hands, stoop and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move 20 to 30 pounds. Perform other duties as needed.
