What you'll be doing

Cook and prepare meals ordered in timely manner and within same execution time as other stations. Conduct inspections of all food storage and service areas for conformance with government/company safety, security and sanitation requirements. Take allergies seriously and takes all proper precautions once notified of a guest allergy. Attend and participate in required department meetings as needed. Prepare menu foods and assures they are prepared in the appropriate amounts and proportions. Cook and carve meats and prepare dishes as needed during rush periods and for, social functions and a la carte dining.

What your background should be

At least five years of specialty cook experience or culinary education and at least two years of specialty cook experience. Ability to read, writes, speak and understand the English language for recipes and menus. Communicate with supervisor throughout the shift.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or general education degree.
