What you'll be doing

Drive profitable sales in client companies copy & print shops through a focus on in store business development and growth. Grow copy & print customer base by actively prospect and build relationship with business customers. Partner with an outside account manager to increase sales activity, conduct account review and strategize way to increase sales and customer retention. Develop a sales culture in store (referral, lead generation, up selling & great customer service) focus on identify top business customers in order to provide them with an ongoing total print solution. Maintain and support existing account and ensure all level of service and quality are being met to customers expectation. Develop, coach and mentor store associate to achieve result and build strong customer relationship. Consistently find way to ensure associates satisfy and recognize for win. Determine sales growth opportunity within exist business customers. Maintain adherence to all company policy and procedure. Perform other related duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Two to four years progressive retail or printing industry experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Results oriented, self motivated and driven by both financial and career opportunities. Experience selling in a copy and/or print environment. Managing execution: delegate responsibility and convey clear expectation. Focus on service: identify and anticipate customer requirement, expectation and need. Engage and inspire: project a positive image and serve as a role model to others. Developing others: provide feedback, coaching and guidance to enhance others development. Building relationship: relate to people in an open, friendly, accepting manner.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
