What you'll be doing
- In this position training the end user on workflow related to their appropriate role. Test and assist with the development/modification of training curriculum. Test and recommend improved processes for the training environment. Manage classroom rosters, attendance, exams, completion and competencies within the learning management system. Create tip sheets, job aids and assist with other training modalities as needed. Work and manage assigned tickets and customer enhancement requests. Identify trends that may suggest improvement to training or system modification. This position receives functional direction from the instructional designer and reports to the training manager.
What your background should be
- One to five years experience in administering and conducting end user application training. Adaptable to technology and a demonstrated willingness to interact with such. Solid skill level of grasping application workflows and transferring them into learning aids. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio.
Required Schooling / Training
- A bachelor degree in information systems or a health care related field, or an equivalent amount of experience.
