What you'll be doing

Support team attempts to resolve those referrals. Referral also originate from testing performed by companies own personal. Contractor will be researching the referrals that discover receives and determining what direction will be going to. Contractor will also be researching what causes the transactions to fail. The contractor will be responsible for receiving, tracking, deploying, managing, resolving and validating these reported transaction referrals. Direct interaction is required with multiple internal departments and potentially with all levels of personnel. External phone communication to companies clients and partners may also be needed for validating. Execute and follow through on referral activities (i.e., implement, track, measure and adjust) is also important. The contractor will also be responsible for updating internal and external dashboards with activities and results, working with specific referrals to develop remediation strategies and supporting testing efforts. Multiple internal desktop computer systems are used to track, analyze and report on failures needing accuracy and attention to considerable detail.

What your background should be

3 years banking or financial experience required. Experience with electronic payments in the card industry, such as with credit or debit or prepaid gift cards. Experience managing multiple business client relationships simultaneously; must possess excellent internal client communication and management skills and have some experience with external client communication. Ability to effectively deliver information to internal and external constituents at all levels. Strong aptitude for planning and organization. Detail oriented with ability to handle large amounts of data. Strong PC competency including MS Office products (especially with Excel). Strong data management and reporting skills. Creative and innovative thinking skills. Strong problem solving skills. Strong organization and record keeping skills.

Required Schooling / Training

College degree.
