What you'll be doing
- The candidate is responsible to compound with management across the business, risk and other infrastructure groups. Point contact for audit and regulatory requests, to assist with the coordination meetings, the documentation and data requests. To participate in working groups to ensure the project deliverables and deadlines are met. Coordinate of CRM key operating processes. Provide data with fully assistance to credit officers to support KPI reporting. Analyze a variety of ad hoc issues & opportunities, developing, implementing recommendations, remediation and action plans accordingly. Prepare reporting for work streams at key forums. Represent AWM risk in operational working groups and meetings. Support projects of the it book of work delivered in line with overall it strategy.
What your background should be
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience of banking or financial services preferably in risk operations or finance. Knowledge of regulatory capital calculations and processes is an advantage. Ability to think outside the box, question and analyze current state practices combined with an ability to innovate & provide creative solutions. Project management skills must be computer literate in powerpoint, spreadsheet, database software and ideally with some programming skills (macros, SQL etc.). The applicant should be skilled in data analytical, data mining and familiarity with multiple systems.
